Congratulations to Prof Maree Teesson for winning the 2014 Eureka Prize for Outstanding Mentor of Young Researchers.
Maree was the only UNSW finalist to take home an award. It is a phenomenal achievement and wonderful to see that research into the prevention and treatment of co-occurring mental and substance use disorders is recognised as an important scientific pursuit – alongside epigenetics and climate change!
Maree is a member of TheMHS Management Committee.
