Mental Health Week

TheMHS Learning Network is pleased to support Mental Health Week. We encourage you to talk to your friends and family about mental health and to listen to others in turn. 

We urge you to take a look at the information about Mental Health and Wellbeing and then to take action for your own mental health and that of your friends and family.

Mental Health Week is a national event, held every October to coincide with World Mental Health Day (10 October).

The aim of Mental Health Week is to promote social and emotional wellbeing to the community, encouraging people to maximise their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families, individuals and increasing mental health recovery.
