Abstract: Collective Impact is a valuable framework that can drive positive change across complex systems. The Adelaide Zero Project is using a Collective Impact framework to achieve Functional Zero street homelessness in the CBD by the end of 2020. In just two years, Adelaide Zero Project’s partners have already significantly changed the way organisations are working together to reduce homelessness. Renee will share how a neutral backbone organisation, shared data and distributed leadership is enabling Adelaide Zero Project to create systems-change. Renee will also discuss opportunities and challenges of cross-sector collaboration between homelessness and mental health sectors.
