Abstract: The family carer co-facilitator team will return with a first look synthesis of emerging themes that have come through in the morning activity on family carer rights. The team will share initial thoughts on how these ideas can contribute to new knowledge. From here we start to think about how these emerging themes could enhance future advocacy and policy priorities and inform the work of the Mental Health Family Carer Peak Body. We also explore how ideas could be implemented and considered for an Aotearoa New Zealand audience.
