Abstract: Connected Workforce is about supporting leadership. Targeting four main areas: 1) Workforce Development - utilising the ‘Let’s get real’ real skills for people working in Mental Health & addictions these skills were designed by Te Pou a New Zealand leading provider in workforce training. 2) Sector Development - including potential services for integration and identify and prioritised implementation of the DHB stepped care model. 3) Organisation Development - including but not exclusive to identifying existing outcome measurement processes and uniform to stream line information. 4) Leadership Development - becoming a change maker.
