It is not unusual for Ms Collins to be seen working with clients and their families long after normal office hours and on weekends. No one in need is turned away. She has been providing support and assistance to countless people living with a mental illness, inspiring people with hope. Isabell participates in more than 20 mental health committees at all levels. She is a member of the National Mental Health Standing Committee, Chairperson of the National Mental Health Consumer and Carer Forum and member of the Victorian Mental Health Ministerial Advisory Committee.
