Abstract: Despite advances in neurobiology and improved medications for the treatment of people with psychotic illnesses, there remains a deficit in terms of service provision, notably a lack of rehabilitation services, and a lack of coherence of service provision in a longitudinal manner. This paper describes a framework for service provision, Collaborative Therapy, that seeks to address some of these deficits, and empower consumers to better manage their mental health.
