Abstract: Multicultural Men and Family Relationship Enrichment is a pioneer program designed to improve mental health, family and relationship skills of culturally and linguistically diverse background men using structured problem solving training in combination with supportive counselling and antidepressants.

It is a multilateral partnership project between local government and non-government agencies in Fairfield Local Government Area: Uniting Care (Burnside) which offers relationship counselling and group work for men, their partners and family from non English speaking background; Mission Australia which provides Community Support Program for long-term unemployed persons, local Fairfield Mental Health Service and in some cases local general practitioners or private psychiatrists.
