Abstract: This is a brief snapshot of the headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (YEPP) where they have implemented ‘open dialogue’ model of care utilising the family peer support work as an integral part of the team. Jacinta Kuklych has a ‘lived experience ‘of caring for someone with mental health challenges and is Carer Consultant with Alfred Child and Youth Mental Health Service in Melbourne and is the Family Peer Program Manager at headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (YEPP) Southern Melbourne. Lindy Chaleyer is a Family Peer Support Worker and works at Headspace YEPP. Lindy also ‘lived experience’ of caring for someone with mental health challenges.
