Abstract: Recovery in mental health is explored in terms of lifestyle and employment options. This includes discussion of recovery as a concept and features of a recovery-oriented service. The impact of stigma on a person’s quality of life is examined in the context of inclusion and community living. Aspects of community living examined are housing, income, education and employment. In an endeavour to address quality of life and self-esteem for those who may be considering looking for paid work the authors of this paper have developed a proto-type web-interface, E-Wrap (Electronic Work-finding Requirement Awareness Programme). The main features of E-Wrap are presented in this paper.
