Abstract: This paper outlines the progress of a federally funded early intervention music therapy project ‘Sing & Grow’. The aim of the paper is to provide information on music therapy, the benefits of using music with families to promote positive mental health for families and infants, and an overview of the structure and outcomes of the Sing & Grow program to date.
