Abstract: The global WPA anti-stigma programme depends upon the collaboration of many individuals in many countries. The ultimate goal is to allow people with schizophrenia to return to families, to school, to work, and to face the future with hope. This programme can make a real difference – with your help.

For the past three years, mental health and public health experts, social scientists, as well as representatives of patient and family organizations have been working on the preparation of materials necessary to launch a global programme against stigma and discrimination because of schizophrenia.
