Abstract: The Discovery Programme, a mental health rehabilitation programme conducted by the Southern Tablelands Health Service, provides services to residents of South Eastern NSW. The tow main components of the programme are: (a) Living skills Component, and (b) Residential Component. The residential component, which is located in 6 houses at Goulbourn, provides a service for 26 residents. The living skills component, which had previously been conducted on the campus of Kenmore Hospital, has recently been relocated to the Goulbourn central business district. this move, and other major changes which occurred in the past 12 months, evolved from a commitment to develop a customer focussed service. Description of Facility/Organisation: The Discovery Programme is a mental health rehabilitation programme providing living skills training and residential service to residents of South Eastern NSW
