Abstract: Families living in rural or remote areas, or in other isolated circumstances can sometimes be prevented from participating in ARAFMI Queensland face-to-face services, including carer support groups and skills development workshops. Using the ‘Virtual Support’ initiative, these people are now able to access information that will assist in developing skills or enhancing their own coping strategies.
