Abstract: Framework Trust staff and consumers will demonstrate and discuss how the development of individualised and integrated packages of care for mental health consumers contributes to their recovery. The programmes and services of Framework Trust are outlined and consumers described how an individualised and integrated menu of services have helped them with recovery. The development of a Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Process to assist consumers with individualised plans and integrated service coordination for recovery with personal and career development will improve recovery rates and monitor recovery outcomes. The Consumer Representation and partnership process is outlined. The results of a service quality survey are presented showing high levels of effectiveness with services for providing recovery and a high level of satisfaction with the consumer representation process. The validity and development of these types of survey is discussed.
